TECNO hosted the Glory Night Awards in Morocco during the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations, bringing together some of the continent’s most influential digital creators for an evening that celebrated creativity, culture, and storytelling.

The event marked a key moment for the smartphone brand as it steps into its new role as Official Global Partner of AFCON for the 2025 to 2027 period. Against the backdrop of African football’s biggest stage, TECNO used the occasion to recognize creators whose work reflects the message behind its Power Your Moment campaign.

Influencers from more than twenty African countries attended the ceremony, alongside former AFCON football stars, media representatives, TECNO executives, and industry partners. The gathering reflected the growing link between sport, digital culture, and creative expression across the continent.

Kenya had a strong presence at the awards, with over 30 delegates in attendance. The group included TECNO business partners, company officials, influencers, media personalities, and content creators. Their participation underscored Kenya’s rising profile in digital content, creative industries, and sports marketing, as well as its active engagement with AFCON-related campaigns.
